What is an OEM part?–+

OEM stands for Orignal Equipment Manufacturer, Which means these parts are made are by the company that produces the car itself.

What does my warranty cover?–+

All of our parts are covered by a 7 month warranty, except for tires.

Our warranty only covers the part and does not cover the labor.

Our warranty only covers mechanical failure, it does not cover man-made damage.

How do I figure out whats wrong with my car?–+

If you do not know what is wrong with car, please feel free to give us a call. We can offer any assistance, if not we can provide you a list of recommended mechanics that can assist you.

How can I find out what wheel size I have?–+

To find out the size of your wheel. Look on the side of your wheel there will be numbers that will look like P###/##r##. The numbers after the R is the wheel size.

How do I know what kind of vehicle I have?–+

The easiest was is the look at the title or the registration of the vehicle.

Most vehicles will have the make and model displayed on the exterior usually located on the rear of the vehicle.

You can also look for a sticker on the driver side door-panel or frame.

How do I find option codes/ratios/or engine size?–+

To find this information, you can look on the driver side door panel, inside of your glovebox or it can be located under the hood on the radiator support.

How do I find a mechanic to fix my car?–+

For help finding a good mechanic, give us a call. We will give you recommendations for the best local mechanics we know.

What if I have no tools to install my part?–+

If you need help to find the right tools, most auto part stores have them as rentals, but if you require a special tool give us a call and we can point you in the right direction.

How do I check my oil/ transmission fluid?–+

To check the oil/ transmission fluid, open the hood.
Locate the dipstick for the fluid you are checking most are colored orange, red or black.

Oil

Pull the oil dipstick out.
At the bottom of the dipstick, there will be two indicator lines. Your oil should be between those lines.
If your oil level is below the lines, add one quart of oil then re-check your levels.

Transmission

*If your vehicle is not equipped with a transmission dipstick, please consult a mechanic to have levels checked*

Pull out the dipstick
Check levels (dipstick will have requirements stamped for state of vehicle to check fluid level)
If levels are below add fluids and re-check levels

How do I find my V.I.N. number/ What is a V.I.N number?–+

A V.I.N is a Vehicle Identification Number, it is a unique number that is special to your car. It holds a lot of information about your vehicle like the year, make, model and other important information.

To locate your V.I.N you can find in on the driver side door sticker, on a plate located at the bottom of the driver side windshield and you can also find it on you vehicle title and registration.
